Patient Billing
For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express and can be paid in person or over the phone. Cash, checks and debit are also good choices. We strive to deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered. Estimates may be provided, however bear in mind they are only estimates provided for your convenience, ultimately you are responsible for any portions not covered by your insurance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at or via email. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by Lamorinda Dental Care, regardless of your insurance coverage.
We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks and send you an “EOB” or Explanation of Benefits. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. Arrangements for a payment plan may be possible, however this must be arranged prior to the any actual procedures.
